Selection

The selection of coffee starts from the growing regions in the tropical zones of latin america, africa and asia, where altitude, climate and terroir influence the aroma. After harvesting, the cherries are dry or wet processed. Samples from each batch are then tasted for final approval.
Roasting 4.0

Coffee roasting 4.0 is a technological innovation that uses advanced digital tools to monitor and control every stage of the process. Multiple sensors provide real-time data on temperature, humidity and other parameters, improving the notes of aroma and flavour. This approach optimizes energy use and reduces environmental impact, enabling the remote control and detailed analysis of every stage of the process.
Packaging

Coffee packaging is essential to maintain freshness and organoleptic properties. After roasting, the beans are left to rest to release carbon dioxide (degassing). They are packed in triple-layer bags with a one-way valve and sealed, then placed in thick cardboard boxes to protect them from heat and climate factors.

AFTER BEING ROASTED INDIVIDUALLY, EACH COFFEE IS TASTED IN VARIOUS TYPES OF EXTRACTION. THEN, SAMPLES ARE TASTED OF THE NEW BATCHES OF THE DIFFERENT BLENDS.
